anyone who registers as a member with us. We provide online Matrimonial related services and are subjected, to the terms and conditions enumerated below. Please note, if the terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, please refrain from using this website. Once you accept the terms and conditions it will binding on you. We may revise the terms and conditions, at anytime by updating this section. Periodical visits to this page are advised to the members, to review the terms and conditions. In the event any such change is unacceptable to you, you can intimate us by notice, then your access to this website and its services will be terminated. Please note if you do not notify it shall be presumed that you have accepted. All the changes made and further that you accept the same to be binding upon you.

Eligibility |

You must have a minimum age of 18 years for women and 21 years for men if you are an Indian national or you must have a legal marriageable age of your residing country. You have a capacity to enter into a legal contract and not disabled by any law. You fully understand and agree with the terms and conditions of this website.

Membership and act of members |

We accept two types of members, Gold (paid) and Standard (free)
members.
Standard members are limited to use certain services but Gold
members are able to use all the services provided by the website. Profiles posted by the standard members are reviewed by the master administrator and will be published in the website only after the acceptance of the profile. The master administrator also reviews profiles posted by the Premium & Gold members periodically and advice the members about any modifications required as per the terms and conditions.
By enrolling as a member, you agree that you shall provide complete information about you which are true, correct, accurate, current and complete, as required during the registration and the making of the profile including but not limited to the sign up form. You further agree to up-date this information to keep it current, true, correct and complete.
Members are allowed to use this website only for matrimonial related functions and we will not allow the misuse of our services for any other purpose such as "making friendship", "Dating" etc.
Members using the services shall not use the same for any commercial purposes, unsolicited mass distribution, ‘junk mail’, ‘Spam’, chain letter or other similar acts. Members are further disallowed from using this service for any illegal, unlawful, prohibited, offensive and abusive purposes such as defamatory, intrusion into Privacy, sexually or racially offensive, threat or for infringing the intellectual properties or rights of another person.
Members are further disallowed from using indecent language in the messages to other members or in the profile. They are also not allowed to use offensive behavior. Members shall not use any kind of device, software or similar things so as to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website. Member shall further refrain from imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the services.

Period of membership |

Period of membership will be until Malayalee Kalyanam.com rendering its services or by termination of either one party, by giving a written notice.

Right to modify / edit / Terminate membership |

We reserve our right to delete, modify and edit any contents, messages, photos or profile or any other information without notice, at our sole discretion in the event of violation of the terms and conditions or else to enhance the service delivery or any act or information which might be offensive, illegal, invasive of the rights or if it causes a threat to the safety of our employees and or our members. In normal circumstances, membership may be terminated by either party by, giving a notice in writing to the other.
In any circumstances, membership fees once paid, is not refundable.

Membership and usage of service in this website is only for individual basis and members shall not disclose to any person, their password and shall not permit or authorise any person to use their login name or password for any purpose whatsoever. Membership is not transferable. None of the commercial institutions can use this service for their business benefit, directly or indirectly without the written approval of Malayalee Kalyanam.com. We will take legal action against anyone uses our services or datas in our website for commercial purposes directly or indirectly. Members are strictly prohibited from passing the contact details they obtain through their membership, to a third party. |

Agents assisted services |

Members have an option to request for agents services (appointed by Malayalee Kalyanam.com) for registration, searching profiles and other matrimonial services. Malayalee Kalyanam.com is not liable for any actions of the agents but company will take severe action against them for any breach of trust or misuse reported and found true. We strongly advice all members to check their profile periodically to ensure the accuracy of the data. Malayalee Kalyanam.com will fully co-operate with members for any
investigation of agent’s misuse.

Force Majeure |

In the event of any delay or default in the performance of our obligation under this agreement is caused due to any circumstances beyond our control such as, acts of God, acts of the Public, Enemies, Court Decrees or restraints by Government authorities, War, riots, strikes, civil commotion and other similar causes, we shall not be responsible to perform our obligation under this agreement, if the delay or default is caused due to our negligence. |
