Once you completed the registration, system will automatically generate an ID, a combination of an alphabet and numbers to identify you uniquely. Each member will get an ID which you use for all transactions and identification purposes. |

You can add three photos with your profile. Adding three photos are not compulsory but we strongly encourage adding photos in your profile. Profiles with photograph will generally get more response than non-photo profiles. |

Yes, you can manage your photographs and choose which photo should be displayed as a main photo in your profile. |

You can send your photographs to our main office. Enclose a self-addressed envelope with stamp and write your profile ID on the back of the photographs. Don’t forget to mention about the main photo if you are sending two or three. We will scan these photographs and upload in to your profile and return your original photographs. |

What do you mean by “Protecting” photos or horoscope? |
|

Once you protect your photos or horoscope using a password, your photos or horoscope is not visible to other members, if you want any member to see your photo or horoscope then you have to provide them your password. This facility is for the members who are interested to protect their photo or horoscope for their privacy reasons. |

What should I enter in the “Self description” and “Expectation” fields? |

Self-description is the section where you describe yourself. You can write about yourself, your family background such as other members, family values / traditional customs, parents and siblings’ education and employment details etc. You can write about your educational, career and personal interests. A good description can get an exact picture of the person even with out a photograph. Always be simple, clear and with all important details, which you think is important for your marriage.
Expectation field is where you can write about your expectation of your partner. This can be their character such as a humorous person, committed person, understanding, trustworthy etc. You can even write about anything that you think are important to you. In simple you are painting a picture of your life partner.

We have three options to search for your matching profiles- Quick search, Search profile and Advance search.
- Quick search is only gives you an idea about the number and type of profiles registered in our web site. You have an option to search with age and religion criteria.
- Search profile will give you more specific search criteria such as age, marital status, religion, caste, education, occupation, place of employment and country of residence.
- Advance search profile will give you all the criteria in the search profiles plus Option for height, citizenship, country of residence, chowa dosham and even select for profiles created in certain period.

How do I delete my profile ? |

Yes, Login in to web site using profile ID and password and at your home page under the “Profile Features” section, click on “Delete profile” link to delete your profile. Profiles once deleted can not be restored. If Gold (Paid) members have deleted their profile, there will be no refund of payments for the remaining life of membership period.
